CreatorMarket helps brands discover creators in Dubai and the UAE and book content services with CreatorMarket. For each booking, the brand and creator each have a separate contract with CreatorMarket.

Creating an account, browsing creators, and listing packages are free. Bookings carry platform fees: brands see the booking value, applicable Brand platform fee, and total before payment; creators see their payout after the applicable Creator platform fee before accepting.

The brand pays CreatorMarket for the booking, including the displayed Brand platform fee. CreatorMarket separately commissions the selected creator and pays an eligible payout after completion under the booking conditions. Refund and payout questions should be directed to CreatorMarket.

Choose a creator, add packages, and specify your brief and usage rights. Review the total and pay CreatorMarket to confirm the booking. CreatorMarket then offers the commission to the selected creator. If the creator declines or does not accept within the stated period, CreatorMarket cancels and refunds the booking under the booking rules.

Upload a photo of your Emirates ID or Driver's License in your dashboard under Profile → Verification. Our team reviews submissions within 1-2 business days. Once approved, a verified badge appears on your public profile.

If you hold a UAE advertising or media permit, you can upload it from Dashboard → Advertising Permit. We accept images (JPG, PNG, WebP) and PDF files. Once our team verifies your document, a "Licensed Advertiser" badge appears on your public profile, signaling to brands that you are officially licensed to run paid promotions in the UAE. No. An advertising permit is not required to create an account or offer your services. However, since February 2026 UAE regulations require an Advertiser Permit for publishing promotional content. Uploading your permit earns you a badge that can increase brand trust and visibility. Learn more at creatormarket.ae/advertising-permit.

We support Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and UGC (User Generated Content) creators. More platforms will be added based on demand.

Yes. Discuss your brief, timeline, and revisions directly with the creator. The booking contract, payment, and usage-rights grant are with CreatorMarket; messaging does not create a separate contract between brand and creator.

Contact CreatorMarket support about delivery, refunds, usage rights, or creator payouts. CreatorMarket is the contractual counterparty for both the brand and the creator. You can still use messaging to clarify the brief or discuss revisions.

Currently, we focus on creators based in the UAE to serve the local market. All prices are in AED and the platform is English-only.
